I stayed at this hotel and found the rooms to be in much worst condition, not meeting the standards of true American hospitality. Despite this, the hotel does offer great amenities. The quality is below average, which was a bit disappointing. The service, however, was excellent on every shift with various conveniences like room service, dry cleaning, housekeeping, and laundry available. They even provide airport shuttle services, which is a big plus. The location, though not ideal being in a business park, is within a newly developed commercial area, making it convenient for business travelers. Additionally, being just a 5-minute drive to the Tampa airport is very convenient. The dining experience was mediocre with limited options, but the price was fair considering the included amenities. The facilities were satisfactory with no major complaints.
